The sweeteners used in this product are xylitol and stevia. If you have any ibs or loose stool issues, you might not like things with sugar alcohols in them but I personally have no issues with xylitol so I'm very happy with it. I have tried a lot of vegan protein powders recently and this is by far my favorite. My only complaint if it really could be called a complaint is that they don't sell larger containers of this.
