An Absolute Thumb-Saver for .22 Pistol Magazines
An Absolute Thumb-Saver for .22 Pistol Magazines I purchased this speedloader to use with my Browning Buck Mark magazines, and it has completely eliminated the thumb fatigue I used to get at the range. The design is simple but brilliant. You just slide the magazine into the loader, which holds the follower down, and then you can easily drop rounds in without any resistance. It's incredibly straightforward and requires no assembly or complicated instructions. The construction feels durable for a plastic tool, and it has held up perfectly through many loading sessions. It does exactly what it's supposed to do: it makes loading .22LR magazines a quick and painless process instead of a chore. While it's designed for specific models, it worked flawlessly with my Buck Mark. I can't speak to its compatibility with every single pistol listed, but for my use case, it's perfect. It's a small investment that greatly enhances the shooting experience. Bottom Line: This is a simple, effective, and affordable tool that does its job perfectly. It saves your thumbs, speeds up loading, and is durable enough for range bag use. Highly recommended for owners of compatible .22 pistols.

Thumb saver!
Cant beat this for the price. It's solid, works well and locks on tight. It is SO easy to use and saves your thumb! We compete in Steel Challenge and SASP so are reloading constantly. I actually have a callous on my thumb from reloading Ruger mags. This works perfect. I bought extras to have on hand and let others use when at a match.

Lowest cost Buck Mark Loader - and yet, it works just fine!
The title says it all. I was looking for a cheapie speedloader to keep in my range bag. All of the others were like $8. I saw this little beauty. It was different in that it slid down and held the button down by itself. Then you mindlessly drop the rounds in one at a time. Voila. You are done. Plus, it is this truly hideous shade of red so you are unlikely to leave it behind somewhere, like I did with my previous loader that necessitated this purchase. All in, it is worth every penny.

Nice, but slow
If you just take your pistol to the range now and then you will love this. If you shoot a buck mark or Ruger 22 in competitions or high volume (I shoot 2000+ rounds of 22lr a month) you will want the McFadden Ultimate Clip Loader instead. However I still keep this in my bag to loan out to folks. It does the job well and on most mags it will even stay in place on its own when pressed down.

It is not just a speed loader, it is my thumb protector.
Update: Took it to the range for a few times and it has been holding up well. Got another one as backup, just in case I lose this one. I am new to Browning Buck Mark and I really like the magazine that has a follower assist tap for easy loading. However, that metal tap really digs into my thumb after a while.. This little plastic speed loader doesn’t seem like much, but it makes all the difference. This speed loader isn’t necessary if I only shoot 30-50 rounds, but I usually shoot around 200-250 rounds when I take my Buck Mark to the range. My thumb usually feel the pain after the 3rd reload, so I found this little guy to save my sore thumb. It isn’t just a speed loader, it is also a thumb protector. Anyone who owns and shoots a Buck Mark a lot will appreciate it. Hope my experience is useful and no one needs to suffer. I will update after a few months for its true durability.

Save Your Fingers - Get This Magazine Loader
Save your fingers, get one of these clever magazine loaders. I bought this hoping it would be as useful as I’d imagined it could be, and it’s more than met my expectation. I used it at the range today and my fingers are the happier for it. This is a simple little gadget that belongs in every shooter’s range bag. Get one and see if you don’t agree that this a product worthy of 5 stars.

Could not use.
I am sure that this little item works exactly as it's expected to, and I am sure that it is worth a five star rating, for that. However, I never got to use it, because of it being the wrong one. When I ordered, I had just assumed that these were solely for the Ruger MKI & MKII pistols, and flew right through the ordering process. I found out, later, (AFTER receiving the item) that there was another version (HKS-22R, I believe) which is the one I needed. I left feedback, on that - explaining the situation - and was ready to send this one back, for the right replacement. But I received another package, a few days later, with a 2nd (free of charge) magazine loader. The problem was that it happened to be the same as the first one received; the HKS-22B. That is the ONLY reason I gave this 3, instead of 5 stars. So, I sit here with two of these (never opened), that I cannot use.

Affordable option that performs well, saves your opposable thumbs!
Great price point, works well, and fit the needs exactly. This was used on Browning buck mark .22 magazines with ease. The slightly lower durability, the catch is thin, may have long term use wear and tear, but should work well even missing the bottom catch if that eventually were to happen.
