the good, the bad, the UGLY
I bought the 60 pack starter bottle to kick start a new phase of diet and exercise. I've done the diet and exercise thing many times before, the weight always comes back. I've tried diet pills before, they never work at all. I figured I'd give this stuff a go based on some positive reviews. Reader BEWARE - THIS. STUFF. WORKS. The good - This stuff WORKS. You cannot deny it. During the 22 days it took me to go through the first bottle, I lost 7 pounds. Now, as I said, I'm no stranger to diet and exercise. When I started taking the pills, I listened to the instructions. I worked out everyday during these 22 days, I followed a low fat and low calorie diet. I even did a juice cleanse for 2 days (during which I did not take the pills). I took my multivitamin every night. I probably would have lost 4 or 5 pounds without these pills during this time, but these pills definitely helped add a little extra something. You can literally SEE this stuff working (more on that below). At no point while taking this stuff did I have to run to the bathroom like some crazy emergency where I almost didn't make it. I had regular bowel movements, they were just.... offputting. The bad - this stuff works. You can literally see it. It will disgust you at first, there is no doubt about that. You will see blobs of fat/oil in the toilet. You will really want to avoid eating super fatty/oily foods while you are taking this stuff. The UGLY - this stuff REALLY works. Like, if you are in a relationship, or still have to go to work in person, you may want to think twice. Like I said above, I didn't have to run to the bathroom at any point while taking this stuff, but it leaves a nasty ring of oil in your toilet. You will likely go through a lot of toilet cleaner while on this product. If you are at work, or in a relationship, it's going to be hard to hide it. I basically have to clean my toilet every time I go to the bathroom. If you are out in public or at work, it's going to be even harder, since you won't have access to a toilet brush. the UGLY UGLY - at one point while on this product, I decided to help myself to some pepperoni pizza (it was cauliflower crust, tiny personal pizza, I figured what's the harm, the whole thing was 650 calories), after eating this pizza I had the urge to let out a little toot, so I did. Well...that little toot led to an oil stain in my underwear. Thank the man in the sky I was home and able to go change into some fresh undies. You've been warned. It WORKS.

Pretty good so far
Update 07/07/2025 I’ve worked up to being 295. When I posted this review I was 379 lbs. Weight loss is still ongoing. I know these pills were effective b/c I stopped taking them for 5 weeks and I gained 3 lbs. When I was on these pills I always lost at least 3-4 lbs every 5-6 weeks. These has worked very well for me! Just make sure you take a multivitamin every night and these are more effective with a low carb low fat, high protein diet. —————— Everyone will have different experiences with these pills. If you’re concerned please consult with a doctor. My experience: I’m 350+ lbs. I’ve been on a low carb/low fat high protein diet. In 3 months with no pill or any weight loss aid, and with exercise and consuming under 1600 calories per day I lost 42 lbs. I then bought these in the hopes maybe it can expedite my weight loss. I haven’t weighed myself yet but I can tell you a few days after taking these I felt a burning sensation around my belly fat. I did visit the bathroom frequently for the first 1-2 weeks, stool definitely oily. So this also works as a motivator to eat low fat meals if you don’t want to be attached to the toilet. If your meals under 20G of fat, you won’t visit as much. I’ve seen my belly fat getting smaller and smaller since I’ve been on these pills. So I can only advise to keep a good low fat diet, with regular exercise if you’re looking to expedite your weight loss with this product. Again, might not work for everyone.

PLEASE READ
For those looking to buy, let me WARN you. I saw the positive reviews and ignored the negative ones thinking that it was just a few bad apples. I was wrong. WARNING: The price tag is hefty on these pills, and also know that if you realize what happens on the first few days and you can't handle it, there is NO REFUND with medication on amazon. MY EXPERIENCE: Everyone will have a different experience when it comes to this medication, but most people that I have read have a common theme. What comes out the other end. Yes it smells, yes it hurts, for me it hurt like the worst blowout of my life times three. I was in gut wrenching pain. On my first day I took my first pill, as prescribed. I felt a little strange, but nothing to worry about, when I hit my second pill that's when the trouble started. I developed a migraine that set on fast. After the migraine I lost control of my bowels, my gut felt like it was stabbed and my vision blurred. My skin became pale and clamy and I could barely walk. I walked hunched over and eventually passed out. If I was conscious or had someone with me, I would have gone to the hospital. (TWO PILLS) that is all it took for me to be brought to a devastating point. I found out a couple days later from a family member that my cousin took the same pills months ago and she had to go to a hospital herself. So please be warned. FINAL: Please know that medical pills are not a weight loss guarantee, I learned the hard way there are significant side effects and the price tag of this does not help. I have no idea how they got 'FDA approval' as advertised, but I am shocked that it is pushed. Please, find a friend or family member and have them be a support partner who can help push you and drive you to go out and work out. Please do not be like me and use these in addition to exercise. I have been wanting to write this review since I took the medication to SAVE someone from the experience I went through. Please PLEASE do not buy these pills.

A Helpful Boost with Some Side Effects – My Honest Experience
*If you’re like me and looking for something to help with weight loss, you’ve probably come across Alli. It’s a non-prescription weight loss pill that claims to block some of the fat you eat, helping you lose weight faster when paired with a healthy diet. I decided to give it a shot and here’s my experience. *How It Works Alli uses Orlistat, which is supposed to stop your body from absorbing about 25% of the fat you eat. That fat is then, well... let’s just say it exits your body. The idea is that by absorbing less fat, you’ll lose weight faster than just dieting alone. *My Results I used Alli for a few months and saw some solid results. I was already trying to eat better and exercise more, and with Alli, I lost about 8-10 pounds over a few months. It wasn’t crazy fast, but it felt steady and healthy, which is what I wanted. It really helped me stay motivated because I could see a difference without having to go on an extreme diet. *The Side Effects Okay, so here’s where it gets real. The side effects can be... a bit awkward. Because it blocks fat, if you eat too much fatty food, your body will get rid of it in some unpleasant ways—think oily stools or sudden urges to use the bathroom. But once I adjusted my diet and cut back on greasy food, the side effects calmed down a lot. So, fair warning: stick to low-fat meals, or be prepared for some uncomfortable moments. *Easy to Use Taking Alli is super easy. You just pop one pill with each meal that has fat in it, up to three times a day. I liked that it didn’t require skipping meals or crazy restrictions. As long as I stuck to my plan of eating healthier and not going overboard on fatty foods, it fit right into my routine. *Diet and Exercise Matter This isn’t a miracle pill—it’s not going to work if you’re eating fast food every day and not moving around. But if you’re already making an effort to eat better and stay active, Alli can give you a little boost. I definitely noticed it worked best when I was consistent with my meals and exercise. *Who Should Use It? Alli is meant for people who are overweight (BMI of 25 or more) and want to lose weight slowly and steadily. If you’re looking for a quick fix or hoping to drop weight without changing your habits, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re already trying to make changes, it can help speed things up a bit. *The Good Stuff: FDA-approved and available without a prescription Helps block fat absorption, making weight loss a little easier Works best with a healthy diet and exercise Convenient and easy to use *The Not-So-Great: Side effects can be annoying (especially if you eat fatty food) Results are slow and steady—not a quick fix You need to stick to a low-fat diet to avoid those side effects *Final Thoughts If you’re serious about losing weight and willing to stick to a healthier diet, Alli can definitely help you along the way. It’s not magic, but it does make the process a bit easier by blocking some of the fat from your food. Just be prepared to deal with some side effects if you slip up with fatty meals. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for extra support in your weight loss journey.

Mentally prepare yourself for the self esteem war you will have with your butt.
The pills are very tiny, super easy to swallow and hasn't caused any physical side effects at all after taking it for a few weeks. The only thing to remember is it's suggested to take it with every meal so you have to build a routine if you aren't used to taking that many pills a day. So this stuff works, but just be prepared for the outcome of your decisions. Yes, it does stop grease/oil from being absorbed, but that means that stuff has to come out of somewhere. I suggest having a healthy and smiling understanding that your butt is just trying to help and just spend the first week acclimating to what might come out of there. Ever cook ground beef for a dish and it's at that point where you need to start spooning out some of the top layer of oil/fat?...yeah that's gonna be coming out of you depending on what you eat. Since it's grease and oil, wiping reminds me of that scene with Chris Pratt talking about wiping and wiping. The positive note though is the stuff actually works, and there doesn't seem to be any major side effects at least on me after taking it for a little. Concerning the title, we all react differently to by products of our body. I was suggested this by my doctor because I was dealing with constipation caused by taking a popular weight loss drug. The paradigm shift required by the drug along with the added impact of being a reverse Jed Clampett and shooting oil out of me was a lot easier to deal with when realizing the awkwardness of the situation meant things were working. I hope this works for you as well as it worked for me.

Not much weight loss
I’ve only lost a pound from taking this after a month. I watch my calorie intake so the lack of weight loss is not from over indulging. The reviews about the oily stool are accurate. The oil will float in the bowl in multiple small round spots, just like when you put oil in a pan to cook. This oil will stick to the inside of the toilet and stain it, so be prepared for cleaning your toilet more frequently and maybe with bleach. The smell also lingers in the bathroom for a longer period of time. The only time I had to run to the restroom taking this was after I had a few alcoholic drinks so I recommend avoiding alcohol when using it (I certainly have since!). It made me more gassy, and the gas was quite unpleasant. If I haven’t recently eaten, then it’s just gas with no leakage. Otherwise (like if you had a slice of pizza in the last 1-2 hours) it’s a wet gas…have to wipe and change underwear from a spot or streak just like other reviews said so I was aware that might happen. I would say if your goal is get in the habit of not eating greasy/fatty foods, this might be good for you because the wet gas is a good deterrent. If your goal is weight loss, this isn’t it. At least not for me.

It works if you let it
These helped me loose 100lbs in the past and I’m back for more after weight gain. This is not a miracle pill. What it does is it stops some of the fat in your food from being digested. That undigested fat comes out as oil in your stool. Your stools will be loose and if you have to pass gas, expect to pass some oil too. You have to be mindful of the clothes you wear and where you sit. But here’s the thing- when taking this pill as directed, before every meal, it will train you to make healthier choices because you will want to avoid having oily stool. This pill helps retrain your brain to make healthier choices. As you take the pill, you will want to avoid fatty foods so you can avoid the oily consequences. It sounds silly, but it works for me. I took this for about 3-4 months until I was able to make better decisions on my own. The timeline is different for everyone, you have to be committed to making genuine permanent changes in your lifestyle. But for me, this was a great jumpstart. After eating better for a few weeks and eating 1500 calories a day, I had more energy and incorporated walking, then running, and eventually loosing 100lbs. it all starts with baby steps in the right direction. If this pills makes you feel sick, don’t take it. I didn’t experience any side effects other than the oily stool.
