(Plain one - yet to try mint and orange.)Not very sweet.Texture wise is not disimilar to normal chocolate, maybe a bit dryer.If I had to choose a type of chocolate it most resembles I would say dark chocolate.I think perhaps it’s either an acquired taste or you’ll love or hate it sorta thing.I will definitely try it again - but it’s not very moreish, like I wouldn’t be looking forward to it so to speak, like I wouldn’t be all like oooh I can’t wait to have my carob later, haha! It has a strange, bitter taste and cloying texture which I wasn't keen on. I cannot eat caffeine, therefore normal chocolate is impossible, but I can eat white chocolate and I will stick to that, rather than this substitute.
