Don't buy it
Tech support is horrible i bought it a couple of months ag4 and i still cant get it to work. I have the sim card and everything. I couldn't get no one to help me. I waste my money

This product sucks!!!!
Instructions are very vague. Customer service is non-existent, can't find any info for contacting them. Been trying for a month to get it set up. Impossible!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I have not gotten this to recieve a signal. Plus 3 g is discontinued so it probably never will

Don't waste your money
I failed to look at reviews until after I received it. Box was thrown away and now I'm left with junk. Tech support is non existent. If you want to keep an eye on something you value like money don't spend it on this.

Tech support is NONEXISTENT. Piece of junk. Won't even let me connect to the app. And the directions 🤣🤣 good luck. They're just as worthless as the tracker. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had too. Doesn't deserve any.

I am very technological able, but I’ve been working on setting up this unit for two days without luck. I cannot find a customer service number to call.
