I would highly recommend this long line. We originally had a fabric one which was such a pain as everytime we got it out and most likely got muddy, I had to wash it and leave it to try for hours in order to just do it all over again! Whereas this biothane line is super sturdy, comfortable to hold and if it does get super muddy I can literally just use a wet wipe and wipe the mud off easily. It obviously doesn't soak up and become dense with water so it doesn't actually get all that muddy or heavy. Possibly the only area where mud might get caught is the carabiner clip, but that's only because we allow it to drag on the floor. This design allows you to create a useful handle so you can avoid any mud getting stuck in there and it's comfortable to hold too. I have only positive things to say about this long line. It has and still helps us with training our pup - allowing her the freedom to explore but ensures we retain control. Great for practicing recall and doesn't weigh our pup down. As long as you use common sense, you can avoid getting tangled up in it! I can imagine it lasting an awful long time too. Would definitely get another one if I needed another!

Does the job it’s meant for ie stopped my dog running off. Easy to clean and easy to clip onto dogs collar.

Bought this for my 14kg collie cross rescue dog who is in training as has selective recall. Good length and not heavy for her weight. Very useful for wet conditions compared to fabric or nylon long lines which can get very dirty, wet, and heavy and take a while to dry. Biothane material is easy to wipe clean and dries quickly. So far, so good with this long line. Like that it is colourful and reflective so easy to spot from a distance for other people and myself when dog wanders in long grass and bushes in forest. The clasps are strong and there is one at both ends so you can make a handle at one end which I find useful as enables me to grasp effectively without line slipping in my hand.

This neoprene Snoot long line (what's a 'towing' line?!) has performed perfectly for the last 12 months and it's still in near perfect condition.My Border Collie is now 15 months old and is strong and interested in the entire world. This long line has enabled me to have a good measure of control over him.Because it's neoprene, it hardly gets wet or dirty, never tangles in foliage (car tyres are the one stopper) and is easy to gather into a loop and carry when I'm walking him on a short lead.I'm recommending this lead to other dog owners all the time. It really is the best.Update report, Aug 2021:My two-year old collie is now 19kg. This line is still perfect for him. I would suggest that it is strong enough for twice the weight. The line still looks like new, and is on him twice a day for his walks. He never even notices it.A suggestion for owners of terriers who are frightened they will go down rabbit holes. If they have this line on, not only will you know which hole the've gone down (providing it's not further than 10 metres), but you will know exactly how far down the hole they are!It is important that you do not buy a lead with a handle or that could snag. The only thing to snag this line, is car tyres!

This lead is amazing! I recommend it to everyone who needs a long line for their dog.I had been using a fabric long line but wanted one that wouldn't get sodden and weighed down with water. When I first saw the Snoot lead I though I'd made a mistake - I worried it looked too thin to be strong, and surely would cut into my hand if my dog pulled. I was *wrong*. This lead is plenty strong enough for my 17kg pooch, and not only does it not absorb water, if it slips through your grip is doesn't burn you like a fabric lead but is still grippy enough that you can hold it tightly easily. And it doesn't get tangled in bushes or around my dog's legs as much. Cleaner, easier, less finger freezingly cold, and fewer burns makes me a happy dog walker. Get one!!

Great as easy to see on ground and easy to keep clean as wipeable and doesn’t soak up dirt from ground. If you have a chewy puppy (we have lab), it won the take much for them to bite through and be off!

Got this for my pup to do recall training but now use it all the time for general walks too!The bright colour is easy to see in all environments and also people tend to instantly realise/think you are training so give you space and/or will ask before letting their dog nearby.Few notes: gets super slippery when wet, best to have gloves on for quick grip in wet weather.If I were to buy again would probably just go with clip at one end or pre-made loop, the double clip can catch on your hand when dog makes any sudden dashes can be painful.

Nice lightweight line for my tiny foreign rescue dog. Others I looked at were too heavy, or had huge clips on the end which didn't fit on her harness. This one is perfect. Now she can have some freedom while she learns her way about and I can make sure she doesn't disappear! Hi viz, non absorbent, so while it does get dirty being dragged about, it wipes clean.

Nachdem ich dann eine Rezension gelesen habe, in der davon einige berichten und dennoch positive Erfahrungen hatten, habe ich gedacht ich probiere es einfach mal aus. Und siehe da, ein fast 30kg Husky und seine etwas kleinere Freundin laufen seit knapp 2 Wochen mit dieser Leine. Ob lang, mal schnell kurz, sie ist so schön handlich und durch ihr leichtes Gewicht so unglaublich angenehm. Hätte ich nicht gedacht, bin sehr begeistert. Der Langzeitbericht wird folgen. )

J'avais déjà acheté une longe de 5m mais elle était trop lourde pour mon chiot. Celle-ci est fine, légère et pourtant solide. Elle n'a pas de poignée et ça m'ennuyait un peu au début, mais finalement c'est aussi bien parce qu'on la laisse souvent traîner par terre pour le suivi naturel et elle ne peut pas s'accrocher dans les branches. Se nettoie facilement en plus.Je vais sûrement acheter aussi la version 10 ou 15m.

Gan manejo, ligera y fina pero muy resistente. Llevo un par de semanas usándola y es la mejor que se puede encontrar. Relación calidad precio inigualable. No recomendable para perros y tutores que no hayan trabajado el manejo de correa ya que la longitud es complicada de manejar sin experiencia y el material es un poco resbaladizo.
