This is by far the BEST and TOP QUALITY product I've purchased to date! I previously purchased about 8 other similar items trying to find the perfect fit, fabric, quality etc. And let me just say that this has topped them all. Compared to other similar items available, this one is the most expensive. However, I took a chance because I honestly didn't get what I wanted in the others. The fabric is top quality and thinner than the others which at first it concerned me thinking I wouldn't sweat as much ( I would know, tried them all) but I was pleasantly surprised that I was sweating buckets during cardio. Unbelievable! Furthermore, it's extremely comfortable. The sleeves are fantastic! All along the sides from the sleeve armpit area to the sides of your torso there's breathable cool (not hot) fabric that makes it even more flexible and comfy. I've been using it everyday since I got it and I'm definitely buying at least 4 more just because it needs to be washed after each use due to being drenched in sweat. So I will need one for each day of the week. Of course, I will buy them slowly because they are not cheap. From a $13 vest to a $50 vest, yeah that's expensive but worth every single penny. Highly highly recommend it. The sizing is perfect as well. I'm short 5'2 165lbs so not sure how this applies to taller people but it's just the perfect length for me especially the length. It's long enough to cover my entire abdominal area which the others don't as they are all too short same with the sleeves and the fit is perfect. And this is my first ever review by the way only because I spent hours and days reading reviews trying to find this. Good luck.
