4GB 2x2GB Ram memory for Dell Latitude D620 D820 D420 D520 Precision M65 M90 M90 M65

The upgrade to more RAM improved my old Dell d620 speed, I also upgraded the hard drive to SSD-Drive ...much improvement all around.

I have a Precision m90 that's over a decade old, and it had started to struggle with running certain programs together when I had only 2x1gb Ram installed. My computer seems to be running a bit better now.

Good, inexpensive RAM. Was able to install it easily and it allowed me to upgrade my D630 to Windows 10. Works well so far.

Computer had difficulty booting after installing this memory. After several attempts, the bios (I assume) sent me to a test screen and put the memory through a series of tests. The tests indicated bad memory. I contacted the vendor and made arrangements to return the memory for refund. The vendor was very cooperative and the memory was returned without incident.as a footnote, I subsequently replaced the original memory with CRUCIAL memory.. The computer booted and ran with no further problems encountered.In all fairness to the vendor, bad chips happen. I wouldn't hesitate to use this vendor in the future.

Very inexpensive & tripled the speed. Only wrinkle was having to restart the computer a few times (and initiate a test scan in bios) to get it to recognize the new installed memory, but the machine was up and spinning like a top 15 minutes after I'd installed the new RAM.

This was the wrong memory and the wrong amount of memory but the vendor would not allow me to cancel the order until after it had been shipped - at which point I was liable for the cost of sending it back and a "re-stocking" fee.I received it and used it to upgrade a couple of friend's PC instead. It worked fine but I found the vendor's attitude to be unscrupulous and will never buy anything from them again.

Objective: Speed up old laptop.AccomplishedI use Chrome with a lot of plugins on an older Dell D620 running Windows 7 Ultimate. I used the kit to upgrade from 2GB RAM to 4GB, significantly increasing the snappiness of this old beast.

works great - follow the instructions and update your BIOS first before installing memory. I was about to throw my laptop out the window because it was so slow but now it's much better. vendor shipped quickly and item arrived fast.
