They have small cotton fibers that will get stuck around your piercing and are incredibly itchy and irritating.** Anyways I developed a really bad and continuously growing nose piercing bump a week or so after I got it pierced. I have bad allergies so I blow my nose very often throughout the day, so thats a big contributing factor. I was about to give up, after asking on fb piercing groups and using Google, until I found this on Amazon! I used it 2x a day, on both inside and outside of nostril, then slightly moved the jewelry so it "got into the hole." I noticed a difference after just 4 days, and then after 2 weeks it was completely gone. I still use it here and there months after my piercing, to avoid bumps. Try this, please!
