Nice and thick

Great for Pilates
Needed a more comfortable, thicker mat for doing rehab Pilates. I have used this for 3 months now and couldnāt be happier with it. Highly recommend especially for Pilates/physio exercises.

Stretches during use.
Hated it. Used once and injured myself. The ridges run widthways and when I stood with my feet one in front of the other, the ridges moved apart from each other ie it stretched. It caused my to over stretch my stiff muscles and hurt myself.
