Dr Cohens Acuball Mini Heatable Massage Ball for Back, Neck, and Feet

I’ve been using the **Dr. Cohen’s Heatable Deep Tissue Massage Ball Mini** for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely amazed by how effective it is. This little ball packs a punch when it comes to relieving tension, soothing sore muscles, and promoting recovery. It’s the perfect tool for anyone who deals with trigger points, myofascial pain, or just general muscle tightness. The mini size is ideal for targeted relief. I use it on my feet, back, and shoulders, and it really gets into those hard-to-reach spots. The spiky texture is fantastic for stimulating blood flow and breaking up muscle knots. What really sets it apart, though, is the heat feature — it’s a total game-changer. Heating it up adds an extra layer of comfort and relaxation, helping to loosen tight muscles and enhance the massage experience. It’s incredibly versatile and easy to use. Whether you're rolling it under your feet to relieve foot pain or using it on your back to alleviate muscle tension, it works like a charm. The compact design also makes it super portable, so I can take it with me to the office or the gym for quick, on-the-go relief. Plus, the quality is top-notch — durable, well-made, and built to last. If you’re dealing with muscle discomfort, trigger points, or just need a way to unwind, I highly recommend this massage ball. This has been an incredible investment. I literally go to physical therapy for my neck weekly, get a deep tissue massage every month, and do yoga, yet this has helped more than all of these combined. I have tried over 15 medications for migraines (as well as botox, acupressure, reflexology, essential oils, you name it) and I get migraines about 5-6 days per week. Since I started using this ball on my neck, I have noticed fewer headaches as well as less neck stiffness. I lay on this with it under any painful spots on my cervical spine for about one minute in each tender spot (usually while I'm watching TV). Then I put it under my shoulder and do the same. When I am done, I lightly roll the ball all over my skull to relax. If I don't use this daily I notice an increase in neck pain.. I am buying one of these for my friend who has chronic migraines as well.

This product was recommended to me by my chiropractor who had used it herself with success. The mini size is perfect for getting those areas underneath the scapula and the nibs are a nice pressure point feature. I am a petite person so the size is perfect. I usually use this product laying down and the plastic is a bit hard so if my muscles are feeling sensitive I sometimes defer to the old tennis ball. Overall it is a quality, thoughtful product and it will last you for many years.

Small compact but effective. I use it for knots in the back that are hard to reach.

I thought this product would be closer to the size of a tennis ball. I ended up returning it. The material appears sturdy and long lasting, however.

I use this on my face, hands, feet, calves. Really works great. Takes tingling away. Great size as well..

Is awesome product! I use it for my husband plantar fasciitis, recommend to my clients who have: piriformis, lumbar pain or whichever "pain/tension " on the spine(u name it), shoulders and all the way the "head" massage. And great for the palm, wrist and forearme release.

Great size for carrying in my purse. It works well but is a little small for some spots. I like it well enough that I may purchase the larger size.

I bought the regular sized ball recently and loved it so much that I had to get the mini to reach those knots in my upper back with precision and it works like a charm! I love that all these products can be warmed up in a pot of boiling water. Do not microwave this one. Boil it in a pot for 10min only! I love to use these products in bed at night to help loosen all my tight knots I have literally everywhere. I suffer from daily chronic headache for 2 years now due to loss of curve in my neck which in turn doesn't allow my muscles to move as they should so they're ALWAYS tight and this little ball of awesome fits perfectly under the base of my skull on the sides where my restricted muscles are and provides some relief. I'm going to have to order another one of these along with all of Dr. Cohen's other products. Love it.

Automassage efficace lors de petit blocage. Petit format donc très pratique pour les douleurs d'épaules. On se sent mieux après l'avoir utilisé. Cela débloqué un peu le dis et c'est naturel

Good product

I’ve been having chronic aches and pains all over my body and OMG. This little ball is like the perfect firmness for getting into those muscles. I was afraid that it would give me more pain after using it but I feel instantly relieved after using it for 15minutes. The heating option is nice too. I want to buy the leg roller too now!
