For comparison, I have an REI half-dome (budget) and a Big Agnes HV UL (premium). This tent feels higher quality and is lighter than the REI one, and is almost as nice as the Big Agnes one - which is very impressive. Zippers work smoothly and the coating on the rain fly repels water well.However, I mainly bought this tent for the color. MORE PURPLE TENTS PLEASE. The quality was a great surprise. I was also delighted to discover that the tent stakes are all bright purple as well with yellow cords attached. Bonus: this makes them easy to see in the dirt or sand.I love this tent and it's a joy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Stated Dimensions Not True *by S***D on Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2020* I just received the tent and set it up in my place. The actual internal dimensions are 78" x 48" x 42" (198 x 122 x 107cm). They are NOT 83" x 53" x 40"!! That's five inches short on both width and length. The tent is set up correctly and fully stretched out. The only way to get the advertised dimensions are by forcefully stretching out the side walls, e.g., such as by having your head and feet pushing against the walls. I'm slightly over 6'2" tall (74"). Laying in my heavy sleeping bag I'm definitely going to be pushing the limits. I can well imagine how that's going to play out in weather that's causing condensation on the internal surfaces. How can Naturehike misstate this in good conscience and get away with it? I hope they will respond to this review.Update 8/13: No response from company. Just so you know... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great build and awesome value *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2019* If you’re familiar with the MSR Hubba Hubba then you’ll notice this tent is essentially a clone. The good news is, the Hubba Hubba is an incredible tent so the value you’re getting here is great. I’ve taken this tent out only for a handful of nights and it has performed admirably.The rainfly provides a vestibule on both sides so both individuals in the tent have a place to store their gear. The tent also had doors on both sides which is a huge perk when you’re sharing the tent with someone - no climbing over them to go to the bathroom during the night.The ventilation on this tent is awesome, even with the rainfly on. The rainfly has vented ports on each side which are propped out by these plastic sticks and Velcro that’s built in.There is an overhead gear loft which I used for a light, my phone, and to hang a small fan. A very useful and underrated feature.Package comes with everything you need, stakes and ground tarp included. Also, the tent is freestanding so it can be set up anywhere.Great for backpacking with another person too.
