I'm a huge fan of Lysol disinfecting wipes, (product gets 5 stars) but this last order was a disaster. (Below explains the deduction).Usually I get it with my Subscribe and Save ever 3 months, and the multipack arrives unscathed in a big box with other lightweight items. But this time I ran out mid month so it had to be packaged by itself. When I opened my Amazon package arrived and this is what I saw, let's just say I was a bit... surprised.It was like a party, or perhaps a tornado occurred inside the package. I placed a towel onto the floor, didn't remove anything, but rather poured the contents onto the towel.The outer packaging that holds the 4 pack together was completely split open, two of the tops were off, and the labels on two of the bottles were soaked so badly they were smeared and tearing off. Drips of Lysol came out of the bag and off the bottles. I guess the package was waterproof on the inside as well as the outside, which was fairly impressive.Fortunatly with Amazon's quick shipping and the waterproof shipping bag, the wipes were still wet. Since the interior of the bag was clearly sanitized I figured the usual rule about not using open containers since they may be contaminated didn't apply here.The tops will pop off if the bottle gets enough pressure put on it, which is obviously did, and that was likely the work of the postal service. But Amazon should have first wrapped this in some kind of poly bag, then bubble wrap or SOMETHING to protect it more. Clearly more than slight pressure was put on this package, and it likely would have been somewhat damaged anyways, but this kind of product should be shipped more carefully.Lysol wipes: fantastic. Quick clean up, easy to us packaging with quick pop top opening pop top keeps me from searching for the next wipe. They aren't really for deep cleaning, scrubbing, that sort of thing like. Like I don't clean my bath tub with them or anything. But a mid week bathroom sink and outer toilet wipedown? Absolutely. Doorknobs, kitchen counters, and refrigerator? Definitely.While Mango and Hibiscus is my favorite scent,the Lemon is light and fresh, and has the best price I can find anywhere, especially with Subscribe and Save price.Amazon: next time, please do better.

Our family has been using Lysol products for generations. Lemon scent has been the scent that I choose most out of all the varieties. Since 2020 I have seen soft packs become popular with cleaning products. The problem I have with this is. That they are prone to the same issues as their "cousins " by design soft pack diaper wipes . while they might save you on storage space. They often will work of at first; only for 10 to 15 to come out at once. Leaving you to decide what else can you find to clean? So don't waste any product. The second thing is the plastic soft packs are not recyclable in my area. So I quit purchasing this product here and purchased locally where I could find canister packs of Lysol wipes.This month while looking for a different product Amazon recommended to me Lysol Lemon Blossom wipes in canisters. The price was good so I purchased it. I received the vey same Lysol shrink wrapped 4 pack of canisters that I have been buying locally. With the same hard to remove inner seal that I have to use a pair of scissors to open. The wipes have plenty of solution in with the wipe. The wipes are the same generous size and thickness of my previous months local purchase. So I am confident in saying the item I received is a genuine Lysol product. I will definitely continue to order and would highly recommend these canisters to others.
