Good mug and really good quality of printing
It is really a good mug. The quality of printing is amazing. Arrived earlier. The only reason for me to give 4 stars is that the picture on the mug is too high positioned on the mug. It reaches the upper edge and there is a big area underneath without picture. I knew that it will not be full rounded picture but I will be happy to order new mugs if you make full 360 degree picture at a lower level of the mug. I also sow mugs with the opposite effect. I would happily order a mug which is black when hot and with my picture constantly visible when cold.Highly recommend the service.

Very happy! But some improvements needed
Works perfectly! Can see the design slightly when it’s still black So possibly improve that so that it can’t be seen but it’s nothing that poses an issue because it can’t be seen unless you look closely. Only part of the handle turns white with the mug as it heats up so I’d say either make it so just the mug and not any of the handle turns white or the handle goes fully white. Very happy! Perfect gift for my boyfriend. Came quickly too. Thankyou!

Wish the photo was lower down so you could see the whole picture when full
The mug is lovely, I do wish the picture was slightly lower down though as you never fill the mug right to the top so never get to see the whole picture!

Great value!! Great looking mug it stayed hot for ages when I tested it and the picture I wanted was printed on both sides of the mug which i wasnt expecting so bonus 👍also the packaging was A*** that was never getting damaged in the post thankyou I will definatley use you again.

Excellent novelty gift
This was a gift for my niece. I had a photo of her cat put on it and she loved it. It really is very good.
