Doing the trick
I’ve stuck to a very restrictive diet for many months and took these religiously. I had blood tests done and I wasn’t deficient in anything so they must be doing the job. I think they help my energy levels too.

I've been buying these multivitamins for many years, they're fine to swallow, not too large or overly unpleasant taste. Nutritional balance is fairly reasonable for vegan multivitamins and they're quite cheap compared to many. They come in blister packs within the box, large sheets. Pill colour is currently an iron red, lozenge shape.
