EuroGraphics Klimt The Virgin Puzzle (1000-Piece) (6000-3693)

great quality, nice difficulty, the color gets a little pale with time, but i've had it for a couple of years now.

I bought this puzzle to take to a family gathering at the beach. While I wasn't sure that anyone would be interested in a puzzle with so many other activities going on, once it was set out, there was always a crowd around it. The colors were rich and vibrant, the pieces were well cut with no fraying and the shapes were challenging to say the least! We spent many hours relaxing and catching up around this puzzle together, with lot's of excited "got it!" exclamations when a piece was fit. What fun! I should have bought two. The finished product was beautiful, like a piece of art and worthy of framing. I am a lover of Klimt's work and I have to say the puzzle did him justice. I will definitely buy a puzzle again from EuroGraphics and will be on the hunt for a new one (or two) for our next family gathering. Two thumbs up!

The quality and fit of the pieces was great. Klimt is a magnificent painter and this puzzle was truly a joy to put together.I didn’t count the pieces (as another reviewer did), but there were no extras and none missing. I never use the image on the box to help put a puzzle together (after all, it’s a *puzzle* 😉), so can’t attest to how accurate the image was compared to the actual puzzle pieces (a complaint from one of the reviewers).

Beautiful copy of the beautiful painting. I’m about 3/4 finished it. Some days I work on it for ten minutes, other days for more than an hour, taking a back break or a reward break (for finding a tough piece or making an important connection). I’m lucky to have no other need for my dining room table! These puzzles take me about a month, and I’m picky about my selections. I’m thinking about making this one a gift, but I’m not sure all my loving labor would be appreciated.

Challenging puzzle, and was enjoyable to assemble. Not thrilled with the quality of the image… it was not a photographic copy of the painting…it was a pixelated image. Also, the colors in the image on the puzzle pieces were not accurate to the colors of the image on the box. One piece was missing, but it is entirely possible that the piece went missing in my home, as I had four school age grandchild helping me with the last stages of assembly!

Been putting this together 4 days now an should be completed in another day. Then it will be framed and displayed just like The Kiss.

Excellent piece quality, however there are only 3 shapes for all 1000 pieces. Edge, corner and interior piece types. And the image quality is so substandard that it was a less appealing activity overall. Disappointed and won't purchase this brand of puzzle again.
