Good old fashioned customer service
Monday, wheel bearings collapsed. Used my old bike for work, but it’s old and heavy and bloody hard work. Decided to purchase a new wheel rather than waste my time trying to find and fit new bearings. Ordered this wheel on Wednesday, email stated Saturday delivery. Arrived in perfect condition today (Thursday). Fitted, and road tested, I’m such a happy old fella now, I’ve even ordered another one to replace damaged wheel on my second bike. Everyone can purchase from this seller with confidence. Since COVID I’ve found customer service in England is at best totally lacking. Everyone’s attitude seems to be “ that will do “ Not Baldwins Cycles. Don’t waste your time with the others, you’re just going to be disappointed. Everyone take care and stay safe.
