It slow down my dog from eating to fast.

Works great! I’ve been using this for a few years now because my dog was wolfing through his food bowl way too fast and making himself sick. This has helped pace his feeding a bit and it’s easy to clean.

I should have brought one a few years ago. Great dish and holds 2 cups perfectly. Nice and sturdy.

My little Maltese mix dog has been having issues with gulping her food too quickly and swallowing without chewing. She had an episode last week where the food got caught in her throat and she stopped breathing. I was able to get the food dislodged and saved her, but she continued to gulp her food every day. I was hand feeding her for a couple of days until I found this slow feeder bowl here on Amazon. It arrived just before supper time. She eats 1/2 a cup of dry small bite kibble at each meal. This bowl really kept her from eating too fast. I was surprised at how much it slowed her down. Even with her small muzzle, she was able to eventually pick up every little piece. It took her about 4x the amount of time to eat her supper. The bowl is very sturdy and the small rubber grips on the bottom kept the bowl from moving while she navigated around the built in obstacles to get her food. It cleaned up very easily. I highly recommend this product.

Too large for my chug

Easy to clean and it doesn't move when I place it on the floor, thanks to the little tabs that you insert at the bottom of the bowl (4 inserts total). I immediately noticed that it took my dog a lot longer to finish his food. He would normally inhale his entire bowl of food in under 3 mins. Since purchasing slow feeders, it takes him anywhere from 10-12 minutes to get through his food (he is a smaller breed). I am very happy with my purchase as it's eased my fears of potential bloat from eating too fast. I would definitely recommend all dog owners purchase a slow feeder!

Really helped slow down my puppies when eating and fits a surprisingly good amount of food. It's durable and easy to wash. Holds around 2½cups of dry food. I do wish it didn't slide around so much while the pups are eating but I easily fixed that with silicone mats.

The whole reason I ordered this particular bowl form this seller was cause it was specified that it has the anti slip rubber. But the rubber is missing.
