Just flashing or constant beam. **Q: How do you install on an Electra beach cruise. Does it need more hardware to mount?** A: It came with a bracket to mount it to the handle . But I had a hole in the fender,so l mounted it there. It looks good there. **Q: Does anyone know how to change batteries? i think my light is defective. ive unscrewed the screw, and it won't budge. am i missing something?** A: I took a tiny flat head screwdriver to pry it open. There is a spring clip on the inside of the housing which is under tension and holds the unit closed. The light probably doesn’t even need that little screw. Good luck .
