My First Library: Boxset of 10 Board Books for Kids

I’ve been reading these board books with my toddler for a few weeks, and they’re perfect for little kids just starting to explore books. The pages are sturdy and easy for small hands to turn, and the bright colors and simple text keep my child engaged. What I liked: durable construction, easy to handle, fun illustrations What could be better: some pages could have slightly more variety in text for repeated readings Overall, these board books are a great value and make story time simple and enjoyable for toddlers.

My 1.5 year old loves books in general, but these have become a favorite of hers! She loves the pictures and I think how small they are for her little hands to grasp! She loves naming every picture on each page! Good variety of simple, yet educational books for babies and toddlers

It’s a great way to start your toddler’s on a path of learning. They are small books perfect for 5 to 8 minutes sessions .

There is even a "Birds" book. What more needs to be said? But I'll continue. This is a great purchase because every book feels substantial for a child. There are a lot of pages for each book for a children's board book, and each book is very well-designed and a good size. I appreciate that they use real pictures of animals. I appreciate that they use both upper and lowercase for the letters in the Alphabet book. I appreciate that for the shapes book they show the geometric shape and examples of things in the world with that shape. And the same logic with the numbers book-- the number and then showing pictures with that number of things, and same logic with the colors book as well. I love the emphasis on the beauty and diversity of the animal kingdom-- for the animals they have "Wild Animals", "Farm Animals & Pets", and "Birds". The whole thing just seems very sophisticated and thoughtfully made. One of my best purchases of the year just because it's such a great value and very satisfyingly well-made as a learning resource.

The My First Library boxset of 10 board books has been very helpful for my son. The books are sturdy, colorful, and easy for little hands to hold, and the simple words and pictures keep him interested. Since using these books regularly, my son has started saying so many new words. They're great for early learning and, for the price, offer excellent value for money.

This is such a delightful story that every child can relate to in the little mishaps of life. It brought a smile to my face as I pictured "Grandpa" offering comfort and encouragement. Great-grandson loves his books. They are holding up well with all the use he gives them. The added cover was easy for him to learn how to put them away.

My toddler loves these books. Bought them for him when he was around 9 months and we still open them up at age 2.

Best baby books I bought. Photos are of the actual item/animal etc. No fancy drawing whatsoever, perfect for babies learning about everyday stuff. Started using it since may baby was a new born, 1 year later baby still absolutely loves it. If you could only buy 1 set of books for your baby, buy this. So worth it!

Great addition to our childs library. What I really like, is the images used are real life pictures and not illustrations. I find that the illustrated books generally can be a little abstract to create the necessary visual associations.
