This product and lack of customer care is awful. I have tried to contact them several times and still have heard absolutely nothing from them. The foam on the handle broke within a few days of use and this was not heavy use! Definitely buy this elsewhere so that if you have any issues you can actually talk to someone about them rather than getting ignored. The one star rating is only because there is no option for 0 stars.
