ReaperMiniatures REM77299 Bones Female Antipaladin Miniature

The concept of this miniature is gorgeous and inspiring. She looks down in contempt on your other miniatures atop a skull pillar wielding a ferocious shield wall and a wicked axe.Unfortunately her manufacturing flaws are apparent and inexcusable.First, but most easily addressed: her axe and base were warped, but was fixed simply with a quick dip in hot/boiling water and shaping by hand aided by a cup of cold water. The tower shield is not attached to the base; I super glued it in place with ease.Much more unfortunately, I ended up purchasing plastic putty and files to address the gaping fissure between her arm and misshapen left side of her body. This will be much more time consuming and difficult to address, but I'm hoping for the best.Despite the apparent flaws, the design is fantastic and unique. For this reason, I give this product an average 3/5.

This is a really great miniature, great detail for plastic, and no molding deformation. She looks properly intimidating, from the front. Although I question the choice of a thong for armor, but who am I to judge... It still looks cool enough I actually bought 2 but one did come slightly squashed in her packaging, which is more a problem of how it was shipped I think, but that's why I took a star off.
