Some tunes are easy enough for teaching swing style to students who are in their third year of playing and older.

Good songs nicely written. The accompaniment is nice with expected rhythms. These are fun to play along with. This is not an all melody type play along. Lots of nice typical saxophone accompaniment with the band parts. This music is printed in that kind of handwritten type of style. Easy to rad but not your round easy sale print notes. Good playing, good listening and good experience playing accent notes on count with a group.

This is a book of alto parts as played in a big band featuring other instruments, not the alto. Very disappointed.

Not challenging, comfortable to warm up or just remember the days of good music. Keeps one smiling and glad to be part of the band.

Tunes easy to play!

Excellent - great arrangements and backing tracks. I only started playing the saxophone a year ago. I am pretty new to jazz and some of the pieces are not so easy, but I am learning lots and finding playing with good quality backing tracks really helpful. Same can be said of the other books I have purchased in the series.

gute Bigband Musik, Stimme verschwindet in der Big Band, schön arrangiert.mir gefällt es.Stücke mittel, nicht schwer, macht Spaß.
