Really worked to relieve side effects from GLP-1
This has worked so well for me. It really helped me with the side effects of a GLP-1 on my gut. I felt the effects the first time I took. I take mine at night before bed. They were recommended by my naturopath. I'm super pleased.

I’m guessing it’s ok. No side effects and it saves me from buying 3 different magnesium supplements. I don’t recommend any type of supplements or medications to anyone. You need to check with your health care providers.
