I have used Bosch in the past on my German cars and was happy Dobi thought I would give these a try on our 4th Generation 4runner. The first thing I did was compare these to the rotors that came off of the vehicle. I am unsure of the brand of the work rotors as the stock rotors were long gone. The casting for the surfaces was much thicker than the previous rotors, which was what I had hoped for. This really does make a difference in the potential for warping. The quality was definitely there on these rotors. They were true and I could immediately tell that the wheel balance was much better than the previous rotors. The anti rust coating is great on these rotors as well. I've had them for almost a year and they still look almost new. I'm suprised. I used the quietcast pads and they do work really well in this combination, but they do dust more than I like.
