Not marzipan as you may know.
Spain produces almonds & uses them in many products. This is a soft turron, the Crema Catalina flavour is delicate & sweet. The taste is different to Austrian marzipan.

Agree with others...medicinal taste
The product itself was packaged well and looked good but I personally hated it as did everyone else who tried it. Went in the bin sadly

a bit sweet
trying to bring back childhood memories of Turron and Spain and my favourite Spanish dessert - Crema Catalana. I found this to be just a little too sweet but the flavour was reminiscent.

Too sweet.
I'm not a connoiseur of turron, but I've had turron that was really nice. This was so sweet and sickly and sticky that after 2 bits of it, I threw it away.

This Christmas was my first time tasting El Artesano Catalan Cream Soft Nougat. I have eaten and enjoyed the "turrón de yema" for many years. Now I have two delicious items to enjoy and share at Christmas. Thank you for carrying both products.

Even though it is well within its freshness date, this product was very dry and tasted stale. The packaging was intact so I assume it was a production issue.
