Worth it!
I've always had problems with acne on my back. I've tried wearing only cotton (because it "breathes" better than synthetic fabrics); I've tried changing my eating habits; I've tried several cleansing products such as Neutrogena salicylic acid treatment for in-shower use. I had yet to find something to really clear things up, and was getting really frustrated. My very light, sensitive skin is now becoming dotted with scars from previous spots as well as new spots cropping up every few days. I hate the way it looks and it affects what I wear, because I feel so self-conscious of my skin on my upper and even lower back.Recently, I became desperate for a fix to this problem, as I will be in two weddings this summer and both bridesmaids dresses show a lot of the back. I'd seen Glytone advertised before, but it seemed pricey to me. At this point, I was desperate and just wanted to find something - anything to help- and thought, what the heck - it's worth a try! I've been using it 2X a day for 4 days and WOW -- major changes already. The blemishes I had are healing/drying up quickly and for the first time in years I don't notice any new spots forming. This is huge. I have never had this kind of success with a product for non-facial acne. I was skeptical about the "upside-down" spray function and whether it would really work. It definitely does. It's easy and quick and really does work. I've been using probably more often than I should just to get things cleared up quickly, and then once things clear up, I'll probably use it a couple times a week to maintain it. Used 2-3 times a week, this bottle should last a few months. The ONLY complaint I have is the smell. If I forget to hold my breathe or walk out of the bathroom immediately after using it, the vapors irritate my throat and lungs. To be fair, the directions say to spray it in a well-ventilated area. The smell is slightly off-putting (chemical smell) but goes away as soon as it dries. Overall, these slight unpleasant aspects are definitely worth the results.

So far, so good
I have struggled with back acne since I was 12. It's been embarrassing and demoralizing. As a teenager, I made it my mission to simply cover it up--lots of layers and no backless tops, even when it was 90 degrees out. In my 20s, I finally started seeing a dermatologist, and it took sleeping with a benzoyl peroxide topical antibiotic ointment on my back each night to finally clear the blemishes. This also necessitated me sleeping on a towel, since the peroxide would bleach anything it came in contact with. I'm not kidding when I say this was the only thing that worked. I had tried pretty much every OTC product out there, but it was the anitbiotic that made the difference.Yada, yada, yada, the dream of a clear back ended when my insurance changed and I was forced to pay for the medication out of pocket--$200-$400 every two months. Well, that was not financially feasible, so I was back to looking at OTC products. I did not have much confidence that this stuff would work, because I've had little success with salicylic acid in the past, but this product my just have the right conbination. So far, I've been using it twice a day, in addition to using Panoxyl 10% scrub once a day. It's a little drying, and I will probably back it down to once a day once I get a better handle on the blemishes. I'm about a week and a half in, and the multitude of marks on my back that had accumulated over the last few months have subsided. They're in various stages of healing. But the best news is that I have had no new breakouts so far! My skin feels smooth, and I can feel that the inflammation has subsided. I feel like I'm inching closer to once again wearing tank tops, and just in time for the summer heat. The only downsides to this product is that is can be drying, it burns upon application and can cause some redness, and the fumes when you spray it can be intense. I'm more than willing to overlook all of that if it keeps working! I'll post a follow-up with any changes.

I (USED TO) Love this Stinky Spray!!! (new formula, doesn't work)
UPDATE: They have changed the formula. This is not at all the same product as it once was. The strong smell is mostly gone but so with it went the active ingredients that made this a powerhouse. I'm so disappointed. I hate when companies do this, ruin a perfectly good product... The clear bottle is the old formula, the opaque/white bottle is the changed formula. The new formula doesn't work at all, it's now waste of money. I don't recommend.__________________________LOVE THIS STUFF!! I have pretty much always suffered from back acne, kept long hair to cover my back, felt self-conscious in backless or low back things.. This spray cleared my skin (after the old acne scars faded) I feel great wearing backless anything, aside from the occasional breakout. I wish I would have found this 20 years ago!.The Only issue is that the smell is STRONG!! Like make you gag/ throw-up strong. My trick is this: after the shower/dry off. Go into another room, hold my breath and spray then go quickly into a different room to breathe again, ha! AND that little inconvenience is ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY worth it for the freedom of having a clear, spot free back.* I never, ever would have worn the dress in the picture with hair UP, no less, before this spray.
