Excellent for LONG BEARDS
I have a problem with breakage. My beard grows slow, and I swim a lot in an indoor highly chlorinated pool. Even though I eat pineapple everyday full of biotin, and use moroccan argon oil, I still had breakage issues similar to Si Robertson's beard issues in Duck Dynasty. I have now been taking this for about 1.5 years and this hair breakage has significantly tapered off.

Like other normal Vitamines

I’ve been using this product often on for 20 years it does work especially if you’re not eating well And or not taking your vitamins. FYI it will grow hair where ever you have hair on your body.
