They arrived live and are still so weeks later. They do not disrupt plants like previous snails did. While advertised as "glass cleaners" that is definitely not true. They spend lots of time on the glass but I have to clean algae regularly.

All 4 snails died in the night or who knows, they may of come dead

All snails seemed healthy. One snail has since dead 2 weeks later but dosent seem to be cause by anything in shipping. Very pleased will shop from here again.

I was skeptical about buying a live animal on amazon but was pleasantly surprised. They shipped 6 when I only ordered 5, so I got one free. This is just as well, since a few days after being introduced to the aquarium one died. That being said, it is now a month and a half after purchase and I still have 5 living and growing like crazy. My only complaint is their instructions for acclimating your snails to your aquarium don't match how they ship them. They say introduce a little water into the bag of water they came in. Well...they were shipped inside a wet sponge so there was no water to mix with.... Other than that, very happy with the snails.

I ordered this snail and immediately tried to cancel. (I wanted to reorder the 3 pack of snails) The vendor refused to cancel the order and when the snail arrived it was not in great shape. Cracks in the shell point to a subpar diet and lack of calcium. Very disappointed. I won't be ordering from Aquatic Arts again.

Snails arrived dead

My snail arrived, though 2 days late, due to a difficult delivery, not the seller. The snail had been very well packed and protected. Once in the tank, it quickly started exploring its new surroundings.
