I use this on my portable AC because the cold air doesnt direct well due to the vent. This deflector does the job. I use a tape to stick it on my portable AC and it deflects the cold air towards my bed and also cools down the room a lot quicker than without the deflector. I purchased a few more to use on the remaining portable ac for my family to cool down their rooms and living room as well. During the heat wave without the deflector, turning on the ac the room temp is still in the 27 to 29 C, after using the deflector, it went down to 18C. Superb.

Exactly what I was looking for.
I bought this because it was the only one I could find wide enough to fit my apartment window air conditioner vents. 24" wide. Fits perfectly, magnets have no effect on the frame, guessing the vent frame is aluminum. But hasn't budged, will use double sided tape if it does. Keeps the vent draft away from the window and directs better to my bedroom space. Also keeps the window curtain back from the vent. Exactly what I was looking for.
