Great product and value for money. I emptied two capsules into my pre-workout drink and it dissolved as it should. Had a great workout. Previously tried another brand, it wouldn't dissolve completely. Acetyl l carnitine supposed to be very soluble. Had to return directly to manufacturer for refund, the shipping cost was more than of the item purchased. This brand is legit, they don't include filler.

I suffered for a few years with extreme fatigue. Without getting into the nitty gritty details of my medical history, I’ll just say that one specialist and I felt pretty confident that the fatigue was at a cellular level. I tried various prescriptions and OTC supplements. One day, that specialist asked if I had tried L-carnitine. I had not. I was willing to try just about anything. I read reviews of various brands and ultimately decided to give this one a try a year + ago. I very much think it helped. I noticed energy improvements in the first month (not significant, but noticeable). It kept improving over time. If you are having fatigue issues, I think taking this is worth a try.

Taking the L-carnitine has been very beneficial overall. I find that my concentration and focus on tasks has become clearer and sharp. My day to day energy has leveled.... no more of the afternoon crashing or feeling tired near the end of a work day. Take with meals if you can. Started out taking them first thing in the morning so it made me feel a bit off (Queasy). They absorb better with some food in your body. Nice product and looking to try other supplements in the line. Thx.

I’ve been using this a week and thus far have noticed an increase in energy and a decrease in hunger. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a bad taste. I will buy more and highly recommend this product!

I picked up this Acetyl L-Carnitine supplement because I was looking for that extra oomph in my workouts and maybe a quicker path to shedding a few pounds. The high potency of 1,500 mg caught my eye, and I thought, "Why not?" But here I am, a bottle later, and I'm scratching my head wondering if it's doing anything. I mean, I take it every day, expecting to feel a bit more pep or see the scale budge a bit faster, but nada. Nothing's changed in my routine, so if there was a boost, I feel like I would've noticed it. On the plus side, it doesn't upset my stomach or anything, and it's easy enough to swallow. Maybe it's just me, or maybe it needs more time to kick in, but for now, I'm not convinced. I'll probably see this bottle through to the end, but I'm not holding my breath for any big changes.

I ordered this for my 19 year old collage soccer player, he has noticed when taking consistently that he is less tired and less cranky.
