I drink quite a lot of coffee and I was worried that I would have to drink coffee I didn't like at a price I couldn't afford. So, after I'd finished the rather unimpressive tubs that came with the machine, I started looking around at what Italians thought about the machines and what they'd put in them (because Italians take coffee seriously but without affectation). And that led me here.First, this is very affordable. I buy 100 tubs each time and that's just 19p per cup. I tend to use 1 tub as a lungo+espresso instead of a morning coffee; later in the day that may just become a lungo, or a lungo as Vietnamese coffee. If I want a proper Espresso, I'll use two tubs to make an amount worth drinking. The pods work well in the machine, without excessive overflow.Second, the service is rather unusual in this day and age. It's very personal and very efficient. One of the other reviewers noted a problem with spill in the box. I too had this, so I emailed Sergio, mainly to advise him of the problem (I certainly didn't want to stop ordering the coffee). He was very helpful and, against common practice (which is to deny everything and try and blame someone else) he explained that they had had a problem with the gas machine in Italy that pressurizes the pods and he more than replaced the coffee (which I was now using in my cafetiere so as not to waste it). The problem was not that the pods were loose in the box, but regardless of that they are now fixed in place as the picture shows.Obviously taste is a very personal thing, but at this price, it costs little to try. I've been bought several Nespresso 'taster' packs, where you get 10 espresso pods for the price of 50 here, and I still prefer these above all those. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Nespresso Capsules if you like strong coffee *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 March 2019* Background: I have been a fan of the Nespresso system for the last twenty or so years - I have drifted away to bean to cup machines for a while but settled on the system. My favourite (and only blends I enjoyed) over the last few years from Nespresso have been Dharkan and Kazaar. They are clearly too pricey. I tend to drink them black with 50-100% more water than you would have with a traditional espresso.Now back to the review.I have drank these Harboryam capsules since around 2015. Initially they had a problem with the grind - but this has not been an issue in the last few years. When there was a problem I had a refund without issues.The capsules are well packaged. They are delivered promptly. The capsules are full of coffee, not 1/2 full as some cheaper ones have been. The price is superb.There is a reliable crema, it is dark. The coffee itself is best drank black. The coffee is strong and flavours complex. The blend is distinctly a robusta blend - this gives an almost umami quality which I enjoy.(I have also tried the Arabico blend from Harboryam - this is `nice` - but it doesn't have the depth and strength of flavour that these capsules have - but may be preferable if you have milk in your coffee.I would recommend these Classic capsules for the authentic espressso with crema when using the Nespresso system. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely blend of Italian coffee perfect for lattes & cappuccinos from my Nespresso machine. *by M***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 December 2017* This is a lovely blend of Italian coffee perfect for lattes & cappuccinos from my Nespresso machine, not too weak as I have found so many are. Will try other blends too.
