Easy to apply and not as messy as aerosol
Our tile in the bath leak every so often and after an application of this grout sealer the problem is solved for 2 years. We have tried the aerosol version and it is just super messy and smelly. You need a whole bottle for one application but the price is right.

Grout Sealer
Product was just what it says, worked fine. Only criticism is that the applicator could be better.

Amazon can be annoying
A little difficult to get the sealer to flow.

Difficult to control the flow of sealant.
Just applied it for the first time yesterday -- over grout laid between porcelain (Mexican) tiles -- and haven't had a chance to test it for durability, so I'll wait on that. It seems adequate at a glance. As for application, the sealant is liquid. The applicator tip is a round, rubbery sponge wafer with a hole in the middle, through which sealant is applied. I found it inaccurate and prone to puddling along the entire line of grout. Of course, it can be cleaned up -- it must be cleaned up from tiles, lest a puddle dry and harden.A better shaped dispenser, more like a narrow foam brush, would ensure more accuracy in applying the sealant and less wastage to be desperately mopped up. I'll probably go that route in the future.
