I love this product. I normally buy the 22# bag but needed to go smaller. I paid for three bags and received only two.

I have ordered this coconut before and I am very pleased with the taste, quality, and size of shreds. However there were only two 8 ounce packages in the order. The sticker on the plastic wrap said 3 pack but there were only two. Very disappointing.

At 1st, I was so upset & disappointed with myself; I mistakenly had ordered ‘shredded coconut and not coconut ‘FLAKES. “Ugh!” Plus, the 8 oz. 3 pkgs was like a joke ... miniature pkgs. But to my pleasant surprise, I’ve come to enjoy my purchase despite the grated tiny shreds remaining in my throat & mouth after I swallow (hahaha). I eat it separately with a tiny spoon before I begin eating my fresh fruits at the start of each morning. This shredded coconut would actually be a great alternative for me to roll my sticky mochi (sweet rice) into instead of using potato starch or Kinako (roasted soybean flour.) But I haven’t tried that yet.

I use this coconut to put into breakfast bars. What I like is it is very fine shred so mixes in quite well.Excellent quality.

This item was a disappointment. It is not tasty, is hard, not sweet. I’m not sure what to do with it. I am afraid to use it for my favorite macaroon cake. Not sure how it will taste or feel. Sorry I ordered it. Only got it because my nearby grocery was always out of coconut. Will go a little further away next time.

Made coconut milk and it tastes like soap. Just use the coconut shreds and good water. Wish I could return it because I got 3 packages in the order.

Rather hard to find so nice i can get a supply without runnung all over town. Like tbe taste of product
