this is made at works of manufacturer, but technical approach is lacking. the hole athat are made on pots are not synchronised at one level resulting tilting of pots on hanging

I like the product because of multi color.

Update: I finally got the replacement after 16 days of requesting the exchange, but the replacement is also almost in the same state. Only top most baskets was in a protective bag and could be separated easily, but the rest were same as before. I tried to separate them anyway and could only do one more, but it was already scratched and slightly dented. Finally gave up and returning them back :(I actually liked them and they look like pictured, but unfortunately, they are all stuck together like other reviewers stated. I requested for an exchange hoping to get a better shipment, but I am not too hopeful, seeing how several other reviewers received them in the same way. Even if I could somehow manage to separate them, some baskets got deformed and the paint got scrapped off at a few places and I wouldn't use them without their protective paint to avoid getting rusted. Amazon shipping is somehow unusually slow. They took a week for the original shipping and now my replacement hasn't shipped even after 3 days of requesting it.

I love the colour and size of the pots. They are sturdy ... the chains are also sturdy. Overall good value for money.

Earlier I have used trust basket pots which were of very good quality but got disappointed this time.I feel this time product was not even original.1. Box was damaged.2. Chain of one pot was broken.3.Paint of pot is coming out from many places.4. Pots were not packed properly independently, each pot was placed inside of other without any cover which locked them in each other.returning them.
