Was told by Weider they had whole warehouse full of these things. Liability? It that why they won't sell the older good quality ones?

Truthfully, they are not very good quality. The string wears down from rubbing on the pulley and goes all over your face and everywhere else, and the pulley itself is not very strong at all, so it works sometimes and sometimes not.I have had it replaced once already. I am not using it as much this time around because of these reasons which is very disappointing for me.

What are the things made of where I put my feet and hold unto? Thanks

I believe its made from some sort of sylicone material. Its somewhat stretchy. You hook the small handle to a door knob and insert your feet into two of the pully handles and hold onto the other two with your hands. Then you pull your arms down and it lifts your feet. Works great and is very supportive.

Does this come with an exercise guide? The bally one does, it says, but it's not available with Prime.

The guide was a "single" little piece of paper with 2 or 3 exercise's. Was it helpful "no"! The exercise's were common/normal that anyone can do with rubber tubing attached to a post, door knob etc.; and you can find these exercise's by going online looking for arm/ shoulder workouts.
