Power AcoustikPDN-623B 6.2" CD DVD GPS Bluetooth USB AUX Navigation 300W Radio

Radio plays then randomly goes to white or black screen with no sound or power. I know it's not the wiring to the radio because I replaced the old one with the exact same radio so it would be plug an play short of speak. Is this a bad radio or what is going on?

1st radio came with no wires, contacted them to get help. Got nothing. No response. Had to go straight to Power Acoustik to get wires, pay for the wires..then when I finally hook it up IT DOES NOTHING. White screen and no sound so angry..

Nice low cost in-dash GPS unit. GPS is better than most. Other screens have somewhat "dated" graphics. Volume knob looks kinda cheap.

Professionally Installed. During Setup The Radio Froze Up & Shut Down While Using The USB Drive!

Won't access gps or other features. In the car for only one day.

I really like it I wish will allow to enter whole adress I couldn't find one address I was looking for very nice look . I wish phone connection. By Bluetooth be better . working welll y happy generally worth to buy recommended Toyota rav 4 additional spacing require purchase install kit to reduce space between Deon panel and dash panel

Only right half of screen works

I got this in December of 2020. I installed it in a 2005 F150. The sound was good, but that is all that is good with it.Cons.1. clock keeps random times, it is right 75% of the time, but then jumps 2-3 hours off2. No manual tune. It will only scan for stations.3. picks up maybe 7 stations. The factory one picked up 30+4. Navigation is a mess, freezes up, error codes pop up.5. Touch screen sucks, sometimes it works, most of the time not.6. presets? yeah it has them but they only stay for a few days.7. Now it randomly jumps to iphone instead of radio.8. Hands free phone calls? Yeah if you want to turn the volume to max and yell at the top of your lungs, then yes, it has that.9. "Iphone No Connected". Yeah that's what you get when powered on. Broken English all over the device.10. Power Acoustik used to be a high end brand, but this particular model is garbage.Pros,1. Back up camera still works.About the navigation. I did send off the memory card to their customer service. They replaced the original "corrupt" card free of charge. The second card came and worked for 2 short trips. Now it pops up Error in loading. Now it is out of the 90 day warranty and no help without paying up.Save your money, buy a rock, you will probably get more use out of it. No way this piece of trash should be allowed for sale anywhere. It is 100% garbage and pisses me off at a minimum 4 days a week. I plan on burning this thing as soon as I can so no other poor soul ends up with it. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
