6oz = 1 mug of water I would use 2 tablespoons. My coffee pot measures by cups. 6 cups of water I use a 1/3 cup of coffee grounds. To make a full pot (12 cups) I use 2/3 cup of coffee grounds.

Are there ingredients in this other than coffee?

Nothing but Organic, Fairtrade, Arabica beans.
