very confortable
Easy to assemble. Only had it a few days but very comfortable and the support on my back is good. The price was a little high but I had some points on my prime card. A good purchase for me

Bottom Broke where wheels are! Second time in 6 months, Was a fantastic upright gaming chair?
(((((UPDATE 5))))) I decided not to fight with the seller instead I ordered the parts that I needed that would support my 350 lb weight. I had to Spend an extra $70 to get it just right, This feels like steel and very sturdy, time will only tell. worst comes to worst I will commision a welder to fix the weak parts if it breaks. I live in a Naval city where there are thousands of welders building battleships here so it will not be hard to find a professional one. 1)Mastery Mart Office Chair Base Replacement, 28 Inch Ultra Heavy Duty (1000 KG/ 2200 LB Rated) Metal Leg, Reinforced to Repair Swivel Gaming Chair with Universal Caster and Gas Cylinder Size (Black) Sold by: Mastery Mart $40.99 2)Kaleurrier Gas Lift Cylinder,Pneumatic Chair Replacement Parts- Chair or Stool Lifting Control Mechanism, 500 lbs Heavy Duty Steel Case,Chromcraft,in Universal Size,Height Extension(5.5" Stroke) by Kaleurrier (Wish they had a bit smaller but I am happy with it so far. )$15.90 3)Office Chair Wheels Casters (Set of 5) Heavy Duty Universal Fit Replacement Stem Caster with Soft Rubber Rollers Smoothly & Quietly, Safe on Carpet, Hardwood and All Floors Sold by: BeautyGL $19.90 ((((UPDATE 4)))) Apparently when One Wheel Breaks the stability of the Plastic completely crumbles, The material is trash plastic! apparently this mold comes from imperfect Plastic with not enough Oil resin and more garbage recycled into it with impurities. I do not recommend this seller. I brought this up to the seller and the seller does not want to own up to his mistake. Please steer clear of this seller and his products for they will only last 6 months maybe less. Right now I am going to go to a thrift store to see if I can find Desk chairs with Steel bases... Going to be a long day. (((UPDATE 3))) It is February 2020 and the part where the wheel is that came with the chair the plastic is not sturdy or thick enough to hold 300 to 500 LB I am so upset today there is no way to fix this! I can see the bad plastic mold was cheap and shoddy. So it isn't the rollerblade wheels as they said but the cheap plastic that the base of the pneumatic pump centers in where the wheels are is thin and made for 120 lb to 200 lb at most. ((UPDATE 2)) Well It seeps that rollerblade wheels are too high if your 320 lbs if not the base part will break, I used the regular wheels and so far the Base is holding fine. I am using a Wooden floor to roll around. Oh so I got the replacement and once again the Back Panels to the chair seems to not fit in the rectangular slot, So I kept the old one and returned the new one that did not work. If your doing a replacement do not send the old one until you receive the new one that way you can match the parts and see which ones work for you. (Update 1) the plastic base had a flaw in it, it seems whoever molded it had molded it incorrectly. I have reordered the same chair, I hope I do not get the same problem from last time, not sure if the wheels I had caused it to break but I know that a chair base should never crack and break like this under 320 lbs if the chair is rated at 500lbs by seller.) I have to say the customer service is 5 star! Now the Pros: it is an upright position posture chair no doubt about it. Your inside legs at the knees will not touch the chair which is what I was looking for. If I wanted a recliner I buy a lazy boy. Now does it recline and support your head? You bet you It does! Once an comfy to catch a 20 min nap. Can you take the arms off? Yep yes you can! Does it hold 500 lbs.? Not sure about 500 but It is so far holding my 324 lbs of weight. If it does not in the future I will be upgrading and knocking stars off because this is one of the only reasons I would pay over $200 for a desk chair. The Cons: there are no major cons except for one flaw, some how the plastic for the posture back piece was not fitting into the groove, I have a dremel and I lightly shaved the plastic square hole to make sure it fits, it did! I assume that the factory messed up with the mold, I'm just glad I am handy with a dremel, and no sand paper wont work in such a tight square hole, dremel is the way to go, also I use the dremel to make complicated cosplay costumes. Lastly the instructions are vague! They are not step by step in details telling you what screws to use, just look at the picture and make sure you know what the front and back is according to the picture, they do come with extra screws, make sure the box is not damaged, the screws in the smaller box was damaged and was lucky they didnt get tossed around falling during shipping. Oh almost forgot, setting up the back of the chair only requires two screws when most chairs take 3, the base seems to take 3 but the back insert shows two, when I applied both close together in a long slot it was pretty sturdy. I used my power drill, did not want to hand tighten these screws.

Head Rest Could Be Better
I have the same chair at my work place, except this chair is a bit smaller. Great back support, but the head rest could be re-designed to have multiple positions to allow for more forward positions so that your head can actually rest comfortably.

Nice Chair But I'll Continue to Search
This is a pretty nice chair. Seems sturdy enough for my 250 lb frame. The lower back support is pretty good compared to other chairs that I've tried -- that was he main reason for me purchasing this particular model. It's adjustable and the chair kind of melds to your body when you sit in it. The butt cushioning is adequate but, not excessive. The back cushions are a bit more firm which I like. The headrest, for me, is useless.... I have to lay WAY back to get the headrest to even contact my head. I wish it would slide forward but, it just rotates from the spot it's mounted (note: it will slide up and down but, it's impossibly far away from my head based on the way I sit). The arms on the chair are not padded nor are they adjustable. For the chair to be truly ergonomic, I'd expect this to be a feature. I find the arms a bit uncomfortable as they're just hard plastic and they're pretty narrow. Assembly was simple. The casters seem to be pretty standard but move freely without a lot of effort. The mechanism that tilts/raises lowers the chair seems to be pretty solid. I do wish that they chair raised a bit higher than it does -- almost seems a tad low compared to other chairs I've had. Overall, this is an okay chair for the money. I do like the way it supports my lower back but, other than that, it's a pretty standard chair with a pretty cool look (it is a conversation piece in my office so far). The construction is average - nothing wrong with that. I'd just like for it to be a little better deal for the money (compared to other chairs that are lesser on the wallet). I like the deviation from the 'normal' with the back panels... I'll continue my search for a chair that fits "me" better. Each individual will have their own experience and will sit differently. For me, this one is just 'okay'. 3.5 stars, overall.
