No instructions but they hold great
Used for my half marathon and they worked great! I was freaking out at first because there was no instructions and I did not know how to use them but once I figured it out it was easy.

Perfect for Race Day
Come race day, I hate putting holes in my nice singlets and shorts with the safety pins provided to secure your bib. If you already wear a running belt and plan to wear one on race day, these are perfect! I have tried magnets and other bib holder devices but you still have to fight to get the bib flat and level on your shirt. Plus, if you anticipate there being a shift in weather on race day, you can add or remove layers without needing to remove your bib from your belt. Given the price, these cannot be beat!

No more pin holes
The package contained 2 pairs of bib holders. I was able to use 1 pair on a Nathan hydration belt and the second pair on my SpiBelt. They are very easy to use (squeeze the button to open the hole, put the two ends of the elastic band through the hole and release.) They are very sturdy. This is so much easier and faster than safety pins, and no more pin holes!
