The size 5 was supposed to be 5 and 1/4 inches long. When it arrived, it was too big, so I measured it. The shoe was actually 6 and 1/4 inches long. I needed it for an event just days away so I did not have time to send it back and get another size. It stayed on his foot fairly well, so we managed even though it was too big.
