It's a great seasoning for everything I use it for chicken mostly. I find all of this guy's products excellent. I can't seem to find it in the stores I can only find it on Amazon and they usually sell it in three pack it's worth getting

Like all of us, I like to season my meat. Unlike many, I prefer a light touch that doesn't drown out the flavor of the meat itself, just adds to it. I don't remember why I purchased my first bottle, it has been that long ago, but it was the right choice. My ex-wife is from Kewanee, IL, which bills itself as "The Pork Capital of the US." There was a local resident that sold a wonderful pork seasoning that was just about perfect. Unfortunately, it was only available at the festival, and no where else. So I went on a search for a similar seasoning. I don't remember what lead to Chef Prudhomme's Pork seasoning, but i gave it a try, and it was just what I was looking for. It enhances the flavor just right, even though I apply it liberally, and doesn't add anything that would cover the taste of the pork itself. Definitely worth the money. Chef Prudhomme makes a whole spectrum of seasonings that I'm sure would do just as good of a job, even though J haven't tried them.

So glad I found these pork spices by prudhomme. Haven't been able to find it here in any stores. I love the perfect spice combination.

This is perfect on pork chops or pork roast. Paul Prudhomme's spices are the only ones I buy now.

I purchased this Pork and Veal blend on my son’s recommendation. He uses it on the yummiest grilled chicken wings I’ve ever had. I use it on grilled vegetables, chicken and pork. I find it is less garlicky than the chicken blend. The fennel seed in this blend makes it perfect for pork.

One of our friends always provides pork loins for big gatherings. The things taste like a bit of heaven. He has always refused to give up his recipe and remains the BBQ king in these parts. We did discover that one prime (pun intended) is Prudhomme’s Magic. There are probably other secrets he has about preparation, but this blend of seasonings IS magic. We use it on pork only, but it also says “veal”. It is absurd unbelievable. Shake it on the cut of meat, wrap in aluminum foil, marinate, cook it and you will not be disappointed. So easy and so great!
