(It's the same coffee I have at my favourite Asian restaurant.) The individual packets are convenient and portable, and with the cream and sugar already added in the espresso, it's very easy way to enjoy wherever, whenever. It makes a great base for other, fancier coffee drinks, too.I've ordered it twice already and have been 100% satisfied with it. I don't know how one controls the amount of sugar as stated. The package suggests using three ounces of water. It has a nice smooth, not strong taste; but with the number of packs needed for a cup, one might just as well use Via, if bought at a Costco price.
