Excellent ice cream and nearly-complete collagen pain relief for the first time in 28 years
I put this in a blender with a variety of other kinds of milks and flavors, and then put it in my ice cream machine (bought a good one with a condenser, since my rental apartment freezer wouldn't get an insert cold enough), and it's come out really great. Unexpected benefit was the huge help to all my collagen pain struggles (severe scoliosis, decades-long story). All dry skin is gone like I'd gone to a spa, digestion way better, and most all muscle and joint pains are all better; and all I have to do is eat ice cream. Really awesome. Also like this brand because no added ingredients/sweeteners. Perfect blend of cococnut cream and the natural coconut milk that comes with it (which yes, does appear a bit watery for that part, so I tip the blender a bit so it doesn't splash when putting it in, and thoroughly ignore the people compaining that it's not all solid coconut cream cuz they clearly never read the product description which states it's like 20-25% solid anyway. Every can in the few cases I've bought all have a thich texture that's almost uniform, plus the real complainers would need to post photos to get me to believe them). The Recipe I made up for ice cream for 2 qt ice cream maker is 2 cans of this coconut cream, 1 can evaporated milk or any other kind of milk (works with oat, almond, &/or cashew milks), and either vanilla and sugar; or cocoa powder and a banana; then into the blender. Then into the ice cream maker. Comes out perfect.Works with 1 can coconut cream and the remainder (total 4 cups) as any other kind of milk, freezes less rock solid and is better with 2 cans. Can always taste it before pouring in ice cream maker because the coconut cream makes it thick and eggs/cooking are not needed. Can also mix in instant coffee granules to the chocolate recipe, and I use a vanilla bean paste and just a couple of tbsp of sugar to the vanilla batches. The coconut flavor does not overwhelm the ice cream, not even the vanilla. And of course, probably just about anything goes with the flavors. And after researching so many health issues, and having many of them get suddenly fixed by healthy ice cream experimentation, I'll be subscribing to continue to receive these.

Misleading product label info
I'm not happy and I'm very disappointed with this product. The label on the Amazon advertisements says it has 5 carbohydrates per 100 ml serving and the actual product I received has a label that says only 2 carbohydrates per half cup 120 ml serving.I bought this product to make kefir out of as key for greens need more carbohydrates to feed off of. When I saw the advertisement on Amazon I was excited because I was looking for a coconut cream or coconut milk product with a higher carb count. The product is misleading since the label doesn't match the advertisement.

The best cream❣️But have 1 concern please
I have thoroughly enjoyed this as a substitute coffee creamer and I highly recommend!! Today I opened my 3rd case and see this consistency (see pics) that looked more like cottage cheese (like maybe it was frozen?), tasted fine, but at the bottom of the can, I saw this and I am concerned. I have tried to locate this company & it’s distributing company to alert them to no avail. So hopefully they will read this and get back to me about the browning at the bottom of the can (hopefully nothing to worry about since I had already ingested some of the product prior to emptying the can).

Thick and tastes good!
I like that the Organic Coconut Cream by Nature’s Greatest Foods - 13.5 Oz is gmo free, has no carrageenan or guar gum. It is also organic another great benefit. The cream is thick and works well when using, no matter what dish you are making.Sometimes the cans arrive dented, they have a pull top, which I don't use and they have a white, bpa free lining. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it is so expensive.

Exceptional quality without guar
Out of all the coconut creams we’ve tried this has the best consistency and doesn’t have the extra filler junk. Awesome quality

My current dairy substitute for coffee
For health reasons, I had to reduce my dairy intake for a while. I got attached to this coconut cream as its substitute and have kept it after I have been able to return to dairy. Thanks for providing this excellent product!

Virtually every can dented
The flavor is fine, though not thick. I have gotten two cases of this 30% coconut cream, upon pulling a can out of cardboard case that holds all--facing inside of box, middle cans, virtually every can has dents to one degree or another. for using right away,I can deal but to keep in pantry for use over time, not good. Note that the cans had to of been dented upon filling the case.. Based upon how they were facing as outside of boxes (2-1 mo apart has no damage at all. I do not pay full price for seconds. Subscription will be cancelled.
