I have been consuming this product from past two years and other than the joints it is improving my skin quality. But my mom started taking it as she has some problem in her joints (osteoarthritis). She could feel the difference in pain level, there is no pain now ( she also gone through medication) suggested by doctors but this product has really improved her joint pain. I recommend to all.

I am using this product for couple of weeks now and would say there are positives and negatives- Pros: Easy to digest, good for skin and nails, some what effect on bones related pain relief, improves sleep quality. Cons: Neutral variant has little taste and smell which is just like powered bone not sure how much better the flavoured variant are. Takes time for visible affect on the skin, not very effective on hairs but cases may vary. The quantity provided is less for the amount you pay as the recommended intake is one scoop twice daily, also for info it is bovine based and may include animal bone content for collagen base, Overall I would say a good product to try for

I had joint and tissue pains in my legs. Decided to try the collagen supplement. Within two days, the pain wasnunder control. I was also having the Trexgen J seenointrex BS, at the same time. I am not totally ok, but 85% better. My hair has stopped falling, and my skin is looking good. Bonus.

I used this product for one month. I observed reduced hair fall. but it increased allergy ,swallowed face and gradually makes my face dull and dark

My nails were going soft for years, and had no remedy for it until I took this product, my nails became normal within a month of using this product. I have gone for the unflavoured product and it is easy to blend in with other drinks without affecting their taste. I have been using collagen powder for 12 months, and even though I tried many brands I found this to be the best and cost effective. I have placed atleast 6 orders with this product. My neighbor who has not seen me for over eight months due to covid lockdown was amazed at the way I looked and asked me what did I do to become so handsome.Quite a compliment from a 60 year old lady to a 54 year old man.

Very allergic, eyes irritating and swallowed. Makes mind unconscious even after consuming one spoon.

Vege people should obviously avoid this along with non veg Hindus and muslims as well. It just says bovine and has no disclaimer of no cow or halal. Anyway, I have good skin to begin with because I eat once 20-36 hours on most days and occassionally once every 48 to 72 hours. And I don't eat grains/legumes carbs except minimal on few days. Needless to say I can eat only so much in 4 hour window and collagen being hard to prepare (like paya that I cook for 24-48 hours on slow mealthy cooker) is the one I wanted to supplement with "real" food. Seems ok for now though I eat it with my meal. Also, you should eat with fat and not water as suggested. Fat helps body absorb more nutrients than just water. Water actually reduces digestion. Avoid high pufa fats like nuts or canola and other such oils. Use butter ghee or best the animal fats if you know how to detect grass fed animals by just looking and touching fats. If the animal is not grass fed then avoid animal fats. For now electronic weight scale shows my metabolic age to be 17 years younger than my biological age (mostly). Will see after a month whether this collagen helps it reduce further.
