    Disappointing and flawed design

When I received this Flute it was damaged. There is a separate colored piece at the bottom of the flute (has the logo on it) that had come off. Without it, the bottom of the Flute is just raw metal hole. While it doesn't affect using the flute, it is not attractive without that color piece attached. I returned this and will not have it replaced because I cannot see how this piece wouldn't come off during use and feel it's just a defect of the design. None of the other Swig products I have purchased have this separate piece, just the Flute. I would recommend their other wine glasses but wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
