I like the taste in smoothies. Hard to rate thickness, as it gets mixed into other ingredients. Like the ingredients. The small size surprised me only because of buying the large canisters of various protein powder. This is just 12 servings. Will need to see if larger is available.

Seriously lacking quantities and sources
I bought this thinking it was a better alternative to animal or fish collagen, but there are so many items grouped together without quantities, that it is impossible tell how the quantities of each of these each item affect the daily recommended quantity when combined with a normal diet. Without the sources, some of the items listed may cause a negative reaction to certain medications or daily vitamins.
