Excellent paddles
It’s been a long time since I’ve used hand paddles- I used to swim competitively 20 years ago and haven’t done any serious training since. Target for this year is 10k swim so thought I’d buy some paddles. These are fantastic, I bought medium and they fit perfectly, I am swimming with a tether at the moment and the resistance added by these is incredible. I’m expecting to be flying along when I can get back into a bigger pool or lake!
