Battery fit and form were very good and worked for almost 1 year. Unfortunately the battery failed before the warranty expired.Contacted Seller on the issue, and they promptly sent a new replacement.Thanks Sunnear!

After 1 yr, the battery became bloated and does not last very long. Out of warranty now. Not good value as a replacement for original laptop battery

Fast shipping! It was a great deal for me. LOVE the easy installments and the little tools that came along with it! I have own my MSI laptop for nearly 10 years now. I didn't want to move onto another laptop as this laptop still runs at top speed for me. After realizing that my battery was shock I was disappointed and sad to let it go, however finding out that I can just easily replaced it made me very happy! I didn't have to buy another $2k laptop. :D :P THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a great product! I am glad I stumble on this while searching and surfing through the internet. Not disappointed at all!

Arrived on time, and easy to install.

Battery initially performed well, but two months after purchase, it no longer holds a charge. I mean, zero charge. The second I unplug my laptop, it immediately shuts down.Sunnear quickly responded to my issue and has sent me a replacement battery. I've been impressed with their customer service, and I hope the original battery issue was just a fluke. Great customer service is hard to find, so I'm happy they responded and were very interested in resolving my issue.Update 2 - The replacement battery they quickly sent me gave me high hopes, however, that battery lasted even shorter than the first. True to their original good customer service, SUNNEAR refunded my purchase amount quickly and with no complaint.So, while the customer service was excellent, I cannot recommend their laptop batteries. I wish I could, but customer service is only half of the equation. Better to look for an OEM solution, I think. I give it 2 stars because of the customer service...not the product. Four months after the original purchase and my laptop is still tethered to a cord. Maybe I should just think of it as a desktop computer instead.

Battery lasted about a year and a half, now my laptop shuts down the moment it's unplugged.I need to get a replacement, better than buying a new laptop but I wish it lasted as long as the original battery.

Increíblemente, solo pude usarla con un solo ciclo, cargo completamente y después sencillamente dejo de cargar, hice todo lo necesario y no volvio a tomar cargar muy sinceramente no sé qué sucede con este tipo de baterias, pero la calidad es pésima, ahora quisiera saber si hay alguna posibilidad de que me reintegren el dinero o me envíen una batería nueva, porque esta sencillamente no sirvió absolutamente para nada, espero que esto tenga garantía, porque realmente la instalé, aparentemente sirvió y luego ya no sirvió más, no deberian vender algo asi tan malo

Empezó funcionando perfectamente, y parecía que todo iba bien. Ni un mes me ha durado. Un día cuando ya estaba cargada al 100% quité el cable para trabajar sin tenerlo conectado a la corriente y se apagó. Intenté encenderlo de nuevo y nada. Ahora me dice que la batería está cargada al 100% pero no puedo trabajar sin el cable de alimentación. Es como si no tuviera batería el portátil. una estafa.

I read the reviews before ordering, and I was in doubt since many people reported it as faulty... well it was a faulty battery after all, it only worked properly for a few days. It appears at full charge, but it actually doesn't retain the power, if the charger is unplugged the computer immediately shuts down. I don't recommend it.

Bonjour,La batterie a bien fonctionné pendant 1 an et a commencé à donner des signes de faiblesses......Elle est garantie 18 mois, mais elle vient de me lâcher, elle gonfle et déforme l'ordinateur.Obsolescence programmée ?????
