Must have product
The philips epilator is a must have in every women’s grooming kit. While I was extremely skeptical before buying it because of the product being completely new and not hearing a lot of women using this. It turns out to be most useful product for getting rid of unwanted hairs from legs and arms. It feels painful in the beginning but so did waxing in the beginning and eventually you get used to it. Infact this is a completely mess free and lesser time consuming. Been using it once in a month just like I used to avail waxing services from a salon

Packaging issue , seems like used product
Packaging was not at all good everything was out of the Packaging. Doubt the quality after seeing the packaging . It seems like already used.

Not packed in AMAZON box, due to that the product's packing box was damaged.
Delivered within few hours. No AMAZON cardboard box, was delivered in damaged product's packing box, fortunately contents were not damaged. The box had telltale signs of being previously opened (no seal sticker).Good product from Philips, five stars for that.

Good one
I used the epilator for the first time after years of waxing and I am quite comfortable with how this works. The pain is bearable and the hair removed is just like getting a wax but without red bumpy patches which I suffered post wax. This is my first try and I will wait and see how long it takes for the hair to regrow. I'm giving it 4 stars because my first experience is good
